My Bio
I was born in Coahuila, Mexico in July of 1982, I started to talk and walk before a year, by the year I would already write some numbers, I was very curious and observative, I wanted to keep all the things that soround me, on my second birthday I saw the camera of my mom, I had seen photos all around and I wanted to know how it works, it was so captivating, so I laugh, I cried, and I got mad, everything so I can have a little time, I took my mother's camera and run away and hide with the strange but interesting machine I took my first photograph to my two feet at the age of two:

Never in my dreams would I have thought it would become a career, much less take me all around the world.

I took photography more serious after marriage, it was so fun to play our games as the photographer and the model, capturing all kinds of photos without even knowing the end. After moving to Japan and the sad rupture, I got to keep all the photos that would start to burn my heart, all those memories that will never come back, I wanted to destroy them but somehow I couldn't never do.

I got my first professional camera as a gift later on from a girlfriend in Tokyo, Japan. She tought if I take new photos I would be free from the old photos, I ended up falling in love with photography and spent the next five years studying under the rigorous training of world-renowned photographer Kimura Yoshiro, and inspired by the art of Araki Nobuyoshi, this two photographers take photography very deep in their hearts. Araki Nobuyoshi's first book was of photographs of his honey moon, after his wife died, all the photos he took for fun seem to have somehow the knowing of the end, all the photos where hidden the tragic end in them.

Araki Nobuyoshi's wife from his book "Sentimental Journey", she was sleeping in that bote, crosing the river, now Araki remembers that photo as if she was in the fetal position crosing the river of death. (She died a year after)

After the rupture with that girlfriend from Tokyo and seeing the photos she had left behind, I came to understand what he commented on an interview:

"I don't concern myself with why a relationship starts or where it goes. What's important in my work is always the relationship between me and the object -- it's a kind of love story. The most important thing is just the relationship between the two of us at that moment. This world becomes our world."
And that became my motive.

Once I returned home in Mexico, my work immediately was accepted into mainstream Latin publications and see print in magazines. Restlessness set in, and in the summer of 2008, a day before my 26th birthday, I sold all my possessions on a whim and moved to California, where the first thing I did was capture the beauty of the Golden Gate Bridge.

Today, I continue to live for that passion, for the beauty I see blossoming in every moment we live. I live my life through my subjects' smiles and tears, through their hopes and wishes, and most of all, I live for photography.
